In order to ensure high quality and safe food products, we operate in compliance with a standard of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI: IFS, BRC or FSSC22000), and in addition to these measures we conduct extremely strict intake checks, production checks and final checks. We do this consistently, ensuring that we can provide our partners with the quality products they have come to expect from us. In performing the tests, we assess both physical attributes (such as the presence of bones) and organoleptic qualities (such as taste, smell and texture).

NorthSeafood operates two production facilities, which allows us to separate the natural products from the coated products during production. This minimises the cross contamination of allergens.
